At MR MD RUBAIL ALI, we value our customers and want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a No-Questions-Asked Return Policy within 7 days of receiving your order. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item hassle-free.

1. No-Questions-Asked Return Policy (7 Days)

• You can return any product within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked.
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• After 7 days, returns will only be accepted if there is a defect or wrong item received.
• Sale items, clearance products, and customized Abayas cannot be returned.
• Slight color variations due to screen resolution differences do not qualify for a return.

3. Return Process

1. Request a Return: Contact us at Support@alhaya.co within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Approval & Instructions: We will provide return shipping details.
3. Ship the Item: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Use a trackable courier service to avoid loss.
4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be credited in your bank account within 3-5 days.

4. Exchange Process

• If you want to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order.
• Exchanges depend on stock availability.
• Exchange will be done within 7 days

 

6. Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only after the returned item passes inspection.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong/defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

• If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider.
